It is very important to us that you have a pleasant shopping experience, and that you are completely satisfied with your Mischa Lampert purchase.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused or undamaged, full priced merchandise within 7 business days of the delivery for exchange or store credit only. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS. To request a return please email email@example.com with your order number and one of our team members will get back to you. A store credit will be issued in the amount of item (s) purchased plus applicable tax. Shipping and handling charges are not included and are non-refundable. To receive your exchange or store credit, the merchandise must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn or used. In such cases the merchandise will be returned to the customer.
• CUSTOM HATS •
At Mischa Lampert we love to create custom pieces for our customers. However, orders consisting of personalized color combinations cannot be returned or exchanged as they are unique to the buyer. If you would like to change your order (ex. different wool color, pom, or straps), please contact us as soon as possible as we can accommodate you as long as product has not shipped.
• DAMAGES •
At Mischa Lampert we value the artistry in how our goods our made.
If your shipment appears to be damaged, please notify us within 3 days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review to see if the merchandise is returnable.
• SALE ITEMS•
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. This policy may also apply to various other promotional items or merchandise sold at a discounted price.
